VatanVPN speichert, überwacht oder protokolliert unter keinen Umständen Ihren Internetverkehr, besuchte Websites, DNS-Anfragen, Verbindungszeitstempel oder Quell-/Ziel-IP-Adressen. Alle WireGuard-Tunnel-Sitzungen sowie die DNS-Filterung durch VatanShield laufen ausschließlich flüchtig im Arbeitsspeicher (RAM-Only) unserer dedizierten physischen Hochleistungsserver (Frankfurt, Istanbul, Helsinki, Ashburn, Singapur).
3. Konto-Authentifizierung & Vertragsabwicklung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO)
Für die Bereitstellung Ihres VatanVPN-Kontos und die Synchronisation auf bis zu 10 Endgeräten verarbeiten wir ausschließlich die minimal erforderlichen Vertragsdaten:
- Ihre E-Mail-Adresse bzw. Ihre verschlüsselte Single-Sign-On-Kennung (Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In).
- Gewählter Tarif, Laufzeit, Rechnungsnummer (gemäß § 14 UStG / GoBD) und Lizenzstatus.
- Technische WireGuard-Public-Keys Ihrer registrierten Endgeräte (ohne Verknüpfung zu Ihrem Surfverhalten).
4. Zahlungsabwicklung über Stripe, Apple App Store & Google Play
Zahlungen auf vatanvpn.com werden verschlüsselt über Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Irland) abgewickelt. In-App-Käufe in unseren mobilen Apps erfolgen über Apple StoreKit bzw. Google Play Billing.
Vollständige Kreditkarten- oder Bankdaten werden zu keinem Zeitpunkt auf Servern von VatanVPN gespeichert.
5. Partner- & Empfehlungslinks (First-Party Attribution)
Wenn Sie unsere Website über einen Partnerlink oder mit einem Gutscheincode besuchen, wird lokal in Ihrem Browser ein funktionales First-Party-Attributionsmerkmal (90 Tage Gültigkeit) gespeichert, um Ihnen Ihre Bonusmonate (+3 Monate Gratis) gutzuschreiben und die Partnerprovision zuzuordnen. 2. Kesin Sıfır Kayıt (No-Logs) Garantisi
VatanVPN; internet trafiğinizi, ziyaret ettiğiniz web sitelerini, DNS sorgularınızı veya kaynak/hedef IP adreslerinizi hiçbir koşulda kaydetmez, izlemez ve depolamaz. Tüm WireGuard VPN tünelleri ve VatanShield DNS koruma filtreleri, fiziksel yüksek kapasiteli sunucularımızda (Frankfurt, İstanbul, Helsinki, Ashburn, Singapur) yalnızca geçici RAM bellekte (RAM-Only) çalışır.
3. Hesap Doğrulama ve Abonelik Verileri (GDPR Madde 6/1-b)
Aboneliğinizin 10 cihaza kadar senkronize edilmesi ve yasal faturalandırma (GoBD / § 14 UStG) için yalnızca aşağıdaki temel veriler işlenir:
- E-posta adresiniz veya Apple / Google ile Giriş (Single Sign-On) kimliğiniz.
- Seçilen paket süresi, fatura numarası ve abonelik geçerlilik tarihi.

VatanVPN never logs, monitors, or stores your browsing activity, visited websites, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or source/destination IP addresses. All WireGuard tunnel sessions and VatanShield DNS filtering operate exclusively in volatile memory (RAM-Only) across our physical bare-metal server locations (Frankfurt, Istanbul, Helsinki, Ashburn, Singapore).
3. Account & Subscription Data (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
To provide your subscription across up to 10 devices and issue statutory tax invoices, we process only the minimum necessary account data:
- Your email address or Single Sign-On identifier (Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In).
- Selected subscription plan, invoice number, and license expiration date.
- Technical WireGuard public keys of registered devices (strictly segregated from any network traffic).
4. Payment Processing via Stripe, Apple & Google
Web payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) over 256-bit TLS encryption; in-app purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing. Sensitive card details are never stored on VatanVPN servers.
5. Right to Erasure & Instant Account Deletion (GDPR Art. 17)
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time directly inside the VatanVPN app, via the Web Account Portal, or by emailing support@vatanvpn.com.
